How do I use CRZ-X?

Load the MP3 to your player, pick an area (preferably outdoors) with flat ground and enough space to stretch and move freely. Then plug in your ear-buds from your MP3 player, press play, adjust the volume, and follow the exercise instructions. You will be personally guided until the end of the workout.

When do I use CRZ-X?
Anytime during daylight hours or early morning just before sunrise.

One of the keys for these benefits lies in the lymphatic system.

The lymph is the liquid which circulates in-between our cells, to carry the wastes and toxins out of our body, keeping it healthy.


Most of us are unaware that our bodies contain three to four times as much lymph fluid as blood. However our lymphatic system, which is part of our immune system, does not have a pump, like the heart, to keep its liquid in motion. It depends on our natural movements for circulation! If we don't move enough lymph, excess levels of toxin actually clutter our lymphatic system and “poison" our cells.


In some places the lymph fluid actually crystallizes into cellulite, which can be hard to eliminate.
